IT hardware on rental or lease

One of our offerings today. Choose by how long you need the hardware — both run under one master agreement with you, so adding a new deal later is just a new order.

1 day – 24 months

Short-term rental

For projects, events, temporary teams, audits and peak seasons — when you need hardware for a defined period and then hand it back.

  • Flexible tenures from a single day up to 24 months
  • Simple advance billing for the rental period
  • Return at end of term — no long commitment

24 months +

Long-term lease

For core teams and steady-state operations — predictable monthly costs instead of a large upfront purchase.

  • Tenures above 24 months (or exactly 24, by election)
  • Agreed lock-in period with planned refresh

How hardware rental & lease works

Three steps from requirement to delivery

Start with a quote
01

Sign one master agreement

A single master rental or lease agreement sets the common terms for your business — once.

02

Place an order per deal

Each requirement becomes a short order: devices, quantity, tenure, delivery location and charges.

03

Delivery & acceptance

We deliver, you check and sign a delivery & acceptance note — and the term begins.

Why rent or lease hardware

Capex-light IT for growing businesses

Instead of locking capital into hardware that ages, pay for the devices you use, for as long as you need them. Scale teams up or down by order, plan refreshes into the term, and keep cash available for the business itself.

Device age is stated up front: New (0–36 months) or Old (above 36 up to 72 months). No device will be older than 72 months at the end of its term.
